TRAINERIZE QUICK START GUIDE

What Trainerize is

Trainerize is your weekly home-training companion during Off Weeks. It helps you maintain strength, conditioning, and mobility so you’re ready for the next Live Week.

What you need

  • Smartphone + internet

  • Optional: light dumbbells and resistance bands

SIGN UP / ACCESS

(After you subscribe, you will receive a Trainerize invite email with your login access.)

SETUP (First Time – 3 Minutes)

  1. Download Trainerize from the App Store / Google Play (search “Trainerize”).

  2. Open the app and log in using the email invite you receive after subscribing.

  3. Allow notifications (recommended) so you don’t miss updates or messages.

USING THE APP (Only 3 Things You Must Do)

A) Open Calendar → tap today’s workout
B) Press Start → follow the exercise list (videos are inside each exercise)
C) Press Complete when finished

OFF WEEK SCHEDULE (Hybrid Members)

Complete 3 sessions per Off Week on any days that fit your schedule.
Recommended: choose non-consecutive days for better recovery.

HELP & TIPS

  • If an exercise feels too hard, choose the easier option (or message Coach Jimmy).

  • Focus on quality reps, controlled tempo, and good form.

  • Questions? Use the Messages tab in Trainerize to contact your coach.
