Service Description
DBF Home Performance System™ is a professional home fitness setup and structured coaching program designed to transform your available space into an efficient training environment. For a one-time $95 setup, we assess your space, recommend the right equipment based on your goals, and provide hands-on instruction. Ongoing coaching is delivered through the Trainerize app for $35/month (3-month minimum), giving you structured weekly workouts, accountability, and progress tracking — all from the comfort of your home. No guesswork. No wasted equipment. Just professional structure built for results.
Cancellation Policy
This training package includes one-on-one personal training sessions. All sessions must be used within the designated validity period from the date of purchase. Sessions are non-transferable and may not be shared with other individuals. A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will be counted as completed. This package is non-refundable once purchased. Dania Beach Fitness reserves the right to modify scheduling availability as needed.
